After over a decade of managing large IT and Organisational Transformations programmes Daniel realised that we were missing something. He began to deliver using Agile methodologies which was a big step forward. But for various reasons, his team kept coming into work with the aim of impressing colleagues, managers, and themselves.
They lost their focus on the customer. For this reason he dedicates his time to co-creating, training, and coaching organisations and leaders, giving practical tips on becoming customer-centric.
