My name is Daudi Mugabi, and I consider myself more than just a professional; I’m a dedicated navigator, helping companies craft seamless customer experiences that resonate.

As a seasoned Professional Marketer and Customer Experience (CX) Strategist, I’ve woven my expertise into the fabric of countless success stories. My journey involves not just implementing CX programs but transforming them into catalysts for growth. Whether it’s sculpting intricate Customer Journey Maps, orchestrating Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, or refining complaint management processes, I’m passionate about every step that enhances the customer’s adventure with a brand.

I take immense pride in being a founding member of the Customer Experience Professional Association of Uganda, where I’ve been part of a community that strives to elevate CX standards. Additionally, serving as a board member of the Customer Institute has allowed me to engage with thought leaders and contribute to the evolution of customer-centric methodologies both locally and globally.

But it’s not all about work for me. I find immense joy and fulfillment in being a Rotarian and Toastmaster. Being part of these esteemed organizations has not only enriched my life but has also given me a broader perspective on the impact individuals and businesses can have when working together towards a common goal.
