Passionate about customer experience, leadership, and the power of meaningful conversations, I have dedicated my career to helping businesses create exceptional customer interactions that drive loyalty and long-term success. With over 15 years of marketing experience, I have worked across industries, helping organizations transform their approach to customer engagement through strategy, insights, and leadership development.
My journey in customer experience has led me to serve as a Board Member of the Customer Institute, where I contribute to global CX standards and best practices. I am also a Founding Member and the Secretary of the Customer Experience Association of Uganda, a platform committed to advancing CX knowledge and professional development in the East African region.
Beyond consulting and advisory roles, I have a deep passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring change. As the Founder and Host of Business Mic, one of the most influential customer experience podcasts on the continent, I engage with industry leaders and changemakers to explore real-world CX challenges and solutions. My commitment to leadership development extends through Global Edge Leaders, an initiative I founded to empower professionals and businesses with the skills needed to excel in service and leadership.
Public speaking has played a pivotal role in my career. I have been actively involved in Toastmasters International, where I served as a past president of my club and honed my skills as a communicator and leader. Today, I bring that expertise to keynote speaking, training, and mentorship, helping others unlock their potential.
Beyond my professional life, service is at the heart of everything I do. As the current President of my Rotary Club, I lead initiatives that create lasting community impact, aligning with my belief that great leadership is about service, transformation, and growth.
